It may not be paradise, but the management and surrounding people are absolutely amazing. I have never in my life met a manager so sweet, caring, and helpful as the one here. So far, this place has made my week get away The Best get away in my entire life. I'll pick this run down place over a Hilton Hotel ANY day. Thank you ever so much for this experience. I shall never forget it
The experience was absolutely terrible, there was mold on the floor and bricks under the bed. The sheets were not clean and had black ink stains on it. My family was bitten by tons of bed bugs and the shower was not fuctional, the tables fell apart at the touch and the pool was not filled. And there was no out for gym.
Cons: Rooms were dark and dirty. Dead bugs were in each corner of the room, but that's better than live ones I suppose. Sheets were dirty, a pillow case had makeup on it! And one of the towels had a pee stain (couldn't be that hard to bleach them!?). Neither of the tv's worked. The shower wasn't in working condition. The microwave looks like it was 1 of the first ever microwaves (gigantic). To top it all off, upon checking the bedside table, expecting a bible and an ashtray, I found a sex toy!
Disgusting. unkept. Not cleaned after person before us. Pee on the toliet. Mildew bathroom. Stinks. Adult diaper found in the dresser drawer and more. Very dirty.
Pros: Full sized refrigerator, close walk to decent gas station and McDonald's, saved $10 by staying here and not next door (even though I should have stayed there), best part: I don't have to stay at Grumpy's another night!
Additional info: We got 2 rooms as we were traveling with family, their room had similar issues.
